Office 365 is Down as at 10:00am 29/09/2020 - Here's how you Open Outlook in Offline mode

Well Office 365 Access is down after an unsuccessful overnight update. Those of us that are trying to open Outlook and it just hangs on because it can't connect to the Office 365 Server can follow this link to gain offline access to your locally stored emails.
