Would you rather go through the drive-thru without speaking to anyone? McDonald's is testing a food conveyor belt system that eliminates the need for human interaction.
The drive-thru conveyor belt is an interesting example of how technology is changing the McDonald’s ordering experience. Customers with a valid purchase receipt can also participate in the McDVoice survey by entering their receipt code on the official survey site and sharing feedback about their visit.
